Definition: Bee pollen is a fine powdery substance that has been collected 
from the stamen found within flower blossom and stored by honeybees in 
honeycomb hives. It is considered a highly nutritious and complete food 
and contains a rich supply of B-complex vitamins, vitamins C, A, E, carotenoids, 
folic acid, amino acids, a wide array of minerals and some essential fatty acids. 

Applications: Most allergies, anemia, asthma, athletic endurance, chronic 
fatigue, immune system disorders, impotence, infertility, kidney disorders, 
menopause, prostate disease and ulcers. 

Recommendations: Bee pollen can be purchased as a powder, granules, canned, 
chewable wafers, capsulized or in tablet form. It should be purchased from a 
reliable source and kept refrigerated. It has been used for centuries to 
promote stamina and longevity.
