Cascara Sagrada (Rhamnus purshiana) 

Definition: One of nature's most gentle and effective laxatives, cascara 
sagrada stimulates a sluggish colon while exerting a tonifying effect.

Complementary Agents: Dandelion, black walnut, quassia, red clover, 
garlic, buckthorn, pumpkin seeds, marshmallow, slippery elm, culver 
root, acidophilus, vitamin A, B-complex, vitamin E and
