Cat's Claw (Uncaria tomentosa)
Definition: Cat's claw is a Peruvian rainforest herb with certain
alkaloids capable of anti-inflammatory actions, antitumor activity,
antiviral actions and the ability to cleanse the intestinal tract.
It is thought to signficantly boost the action of the immune system
and has been under study for the treatment of both AIDS and cancer.
Applications: Allergies, arthritis, bowel disorders, bursitis, cancer,
candida, chemotherapy, chronic fatigue syndrome, cirrhosis, Crohnãs
disease, edema, fibromyalgia, hemorrhoids, hormonal imbalances,
